tidak ada yang istimewa dari gambar 2 mobil di atas,toh jenis mobil adalah jenis yang sudah teramat pasaran beredar di masyarakat,warna juga tidak menarik di mata,biasa-biasa saja,sama-sama berjenis mobil keluarga universal,sama juga merknya,pun demikian dengan spesifikasinya,tapi jika di perhatikan lebih teliti,hanya yang mobil yang ber-cat merah saja yang seharusnya boleh berkeliaran secara sah,sedangkan yang berwarna biru jika sang pemilik mobil punya telinga dan punya mata ( kecuali pemilik mobil plat AG 429 VP adalah orang tolol dan budeg serta buta) harusnya tuh mobil di parkir di garasi….

mengapa bisa begitu?..bisa saja, mobil berjenis isuzu panther AG 429 VP itu adalah mobil inventaris negara yang di berikan kepada pejabat publik sebagai sarana penunjang pekerjaan,sedangkan pada saat gambar itu saya ambil,saya melihat 3 orang turun dari mobil tanpa seragam dinas,karena penumpangnya lebih terlihat sebagai suami istri ketimbang pejabat dinas,dan tidak aneh juga jika para penumpangnya tidak berseragam dinas,karena memang ini adalah adalah hari minggu,karena yang menjadi aneh adalah penumpang dan yang membawa mobil itu,jika saya katakan buta,ternyata dia sanggup memarkir mobil dengan baik di area parkir Terminal Berbek Nganjuk,jika saya katakan budeg,koq bisa orang budeg menjadi pejabat?
saya tidak bisa membayangkan apa jadinya jika para pejabat di Nganjuk mempunyai mental seperti pejabat pengendara mobil AG 429 VP ini,harusnya dia tahu,bahwa mobil investaris negara hanya di peruntukkan untuk pekerjaan,bukan shoping di pasar,mungkin kali ini pada hari minggu saya bisa menjumpai mobil plat merah yang sedang keluyuran di terminal,hari minggu bukan hari kerja,tapi mungkin lain kali saya bisa menjumpai mobil ini di area lokalisasi,bukan tidak mungkin kan? ..karena mental pejabat seperti ini adalah mental pengemis bukan mental sebagai pelayan rakyat,dia menganggap mobil yang di beli dari pajak rakyat melalui APBD adalah mobil milik pribadi,mobil yang di seharusnya di gunakan untuk melayani rakyat ternyata di salah gunakan pada waktu dan tempat yang salah…
tapi mungkin saja pemilik mobil AG 429 VP sedang melakukan sidak di pasar? ..halah..rumah saya hanya berjarak 50 meter dari terminal Berbek Nganjuk dan 50 meter pula dari pasar,saya hapal siapa saja pejabat PD Pasar dan orang-orangnya,jika memang ada sidak,pasti seluruh personel keluar dan mendampingi,lagian aneh juga kan jika melakukan sidak hanya berdua dengan istri serta hanya mebawa tas anyaman plastik murahan?
inilah susahnya jika punya pejabat kelas tempe,mental sakkarepe dewe,suka menganggap bahwa inventaris negara adalah milik pribadi,bukan tidak mungkin pula jika nanti terdengar kabar bahwa pejabat seperti ini akan menguasai rumah dinas milik negara,ataukah mungkin pejabat seperti sebelum di beri kepercayaan menggunakan inventaris negara di bekali dengan pengetahuan tentang fungsi dan kegunaan mobil inventaris,tentang fungsi dan pelayanan pejabat publik…..tapi susah juga jika pejabat wilayah Nganjuk buta dan budeg serta tolol seperti pengguna mobil Isuzu Panther AG 429 VP ini…

Saya juga sering lihat yang seperti ini. Bila rasa malu tak lagi dimiliki & ditempatkan di dengkul , yo jadinya seperti itu … Mobil plat merah dipakai ke pasar, buwuh, sambang mertua. Malah ada pejabat, yg kebetulan jg saudara saya sendiri, Direktur RS di kota X, udh punya mobil pribadi kinyis-2, tapi kalo pergi2 urusan pribadi pake mobil dinas. Jan gak klop karo jenenge .. Enaknya mobil dinas operasional dibuat seperti mobil Polisi, Tentara, Ambulance … yg ada labelnya .. ha ha ha … biar kalo pejabate sik panggah nekat gak duwe isin .. ben buwuh numpak ambulance atau mobil polisi sik onok sirinene …. ha ha ha …
